About the research group
The group focuses on research on parallel solvers for partial differential equations in interdisciplinary projects such as cardiovascular simulations, energy networks and technical applications.
In addition to algebraic multigrid and multilevel methods on high performance hardware (cluster, GPU) for the resulting equation systems, current optimisation and AI methods are used to investigate the inverse problems of interest.
